Youth empowerment goes beyond academic learning. It requires leadership development, civic education, and personal growth. HUMHA’s career orientation and leadership programs are designed to equip young people with the skills necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic world.
In Bonaberi, Cameroon, HUMHA organized a leadership training seminar and skills development workshop aimed at building confidence, communication abilities, and decision-making skills among students and young leaders. These sessions emphasized civic responsibility, ethical leadership, and community engagement.
At the Dschang Municipal Stand, community leadership training sessions were conducted to empower local youth leaders and strengthen grassroots participation in community development initiatives.
Additionally, in Ndop Bamessing, HUMHA facilitated personal development, moral and civic training programs that focused on empowering young entrepreneurs and promoting responsible citizenship. These programs help young people understand their role in shaping a more resilient and inclusive society.
